Project Galileo support
Project Galileo plans include support via chat and email. For technical assistance, troubleshooting, or general questions:
- Email us via the address provided in your welcome materials or contact your Cloudflare representative.
- Use the Chat feature located in the bottom right of your Cloudflare dashboard.
Athenian Project support
Athenian Project provides 24/7/365 support via email and chat as well as and emergency phone support. For technical assistance, troubleshooting, or general questions:

- Use the Chat feature located in the bottom right of your Cloudflare dashboard.
Our support policies
- For security reasons, Cloudflare support works only with users who manage the domain. Please ensure that all members of your team are added to your Cloudflare account.
- We never make changes to a customer’s settings but give you instructions on how to make these changes.
